Gwen Stefani has been named as the new face of Revlon.
The news was confirmed on the beauty brand’s social media, via a video which announced the launch of Revlon X Gwen. Wishing everyone a Happy Near Year, Gwen introduces herself as the brand’s newest Global Ambassador.
Known for her bold beauty look, Gwen is the perfect ambassador for the brand. She joins a host of famous faces, including Ciara, Olivia Wilde and Halle Berry, who are already Revlon spokeswomen.
Of her new role, Gwen said: “Ever since I was a young girl, I have used makeup as a form of self-expression. I am passionate about makeup and how it can showcase your individuality and creativity. Partnering with an iconic beauty brand such as Revlon felt like a natural fit. I am so excited to continue sharing my love of makeup as a Revlon Global Brand Ambassador.”
Gwen will start appearing in advertisements later this month. Her campaign will support Revlon’s Choose Love message. Speaking of the campaign’s message, Gwen said: “Love has been a muse for my songwriting. Revlon’s Choose Love message is an important one, and I am very excited for the opportunity to partner with Revlon and continue spreading this message of positivity and love.”
